Northview Theater presents: The Addams Family

Sophomore Maya Grix playing "Fester" finishes out the powerful song "Fester's Manifesto" alongside ensemble members (left to right) junior Rachel Haagsma, freshman Maggie Oliver and senior Genevieve Sobczak.
Ancestors make an entrance to the stage during the beginning song "When You're An Addams." This whimsical number started off the show and introduced all of the fun characters.

Junior Hannah Hoover, who played Wednesday Addams, passionately sings her ballad "Pulled" under the spotlight. This was highlight moment for Hoover's character as it introduced to the audience how she is madly in love.

Junior Amiyah Shaw portrays a confused Pugsley Addams while chained up during sister Wednesday's ballad "Pulled." This moment showcased Pugsley's fears about Wednesday growing up and leaving him.

Seniors Jeremiah Robinson and Libby Cosby, as Mal and Alice Beineke, share their first moment on stage during "One Normal Night." The two played the married parents of Wednesday's love interest.

Left to right, top to bottom: Summer Swanzy, Rachel Haagsma, Isabelle Neely, Addison Venno and Maya Grix perform as the ancestor's surround Fester during "But Love." This joyful number took place during the end of the first act and was a wonderful portrayal of what love is for The Addams Family.

Hoover's Wednesday and Hossink's Lucas have a conversation on stage about their impending future. In the story, they played two people deeply in love and had a dramatic romance.

Cosby, surrounded by the ancestors, sits on the couch of the Addams home during the song "Secrets." This number showcased the differences between Cosby's character Alice and Cullum's character Morticia.

Upper: Ensemble members theatrically pose during "Secrets." This number was big for ensemble members as it featured most of the cast and was a crowning moment for Cullum's vocals. Bottom Left: Cullum and Cosby sit on the couch as they discuss their characters' secrets and lives. Bottom Right: Cullum is surrounded by Sobzack, junior Ariana Vannieuwenhoven and Mae as her ancestors.

Females of the ensemble cast including junior Celeste Wells, senior Sylvia VanCarterberg, senior Ava Wagner, freshman Miana Rodriguez, freshman Eva Wabeke, Mae and Neely strike a pose at the end of "Secrets." This song explored how no secrets are kept between Morticia and Gomez Addams in their marriage, and was a crowd favorite.

Grix hides in a forest of "trees." Grix's character Fester had many comedic and lighthearted moments during the show and brought joy to viewers.
Morter raises a glass at the dinner table before beginning "Full Disclosure." During this scene, his character explains the backstory behind the family's sacred game tradition.
Swanzy, freshman Bella Pfaff and junior Addison Venno dance during "Full Disclosure." This catchy number which concluded Act One was filled with spilled secrets and dancing fun.

Grix grins on stage while confessing a secret during "Full Disclosure." In this scene, Grix's Fester declared to the group that she was in love with the moon.

In this moment, Shaw's character Pugsley attempts to carry out a devious plan to ruin Wednesday's relationship with a food laced potion during "Full Disclosure." Cosby crawls on the dinner table to Robinson while performing "Waiting." This number expressed all the feelings Alice usually kept to herself. Cosby's star worthy performance was notable.
Cosby dramatically lies on the table as her castmates surround her. This concluded her dramatic ballad and left the audience in awed applause.
Grix and Schumaker converse while Price and Shaw look away in the distance, confused and annoyed.

Junior Joey Gage, Wells and Pfaff follow behind Cullum as she sings "Just Around The Corner." This displayed Cullum's talents and garnered great applause.

This theatrical dance concluded the song and was extremely well received by the audience.
Morter's Gomez supportively hugs and consoles a sorrowful Wednesday. This emotional moment was pivotal for Morter and Hoover's characters in the show as it showcased their tightly knit father-daughter relationship.
