Genovieve is a music project combining an eclectic range of styles around the indie folk genre with whimsical melodies throughout. Inspirations include Laura Marling, Feist, Mirah, Joni Mitchell and many more. Many of her songs are centered in storytelling, speaking on love, loss, and her journeys in between.
Born and raised from San Diego, California now Brooklyn based, Genovieve has released their sophomore EP 'Slow Down' touching on subjects of grief, loss, and healing through the immersion of nature
