Football Success - Congratulations top our football team who have won the inaugural Maelor Cluster Football Tournament. The won their group matches by beating Madras 'B', 3 - 0, Overton, 2 - 0 and drawing 0 - 0 with Madras 'A'. In the semi finals they defeated Hanmer 3- 0 and triumphed over Bangor On Dee, 1 - 0 in the final. They played some beautiful football with some fine individual displays. Da iawn pawb!
Sports Day - Thank you to everyone who came and supported the children on our Sports Day(s) over the last week. The Foundation Phase events took place on what is the coldest that I've ever been on a Sports Day. Whilst the Juniors events took place in glorious sunshine! A big well done to everyone who took part and Mrs. Arrowsmith for organising the whole event!

Recycled Clothes - Please keep bagging up and sending in any unwanted clothes to the school. It's really easy money for the Friends of Deiniol which is then sent back into school to help our children.
