Principal Message
We have had an amazing week here at St. Paul as we count down the days until Christmas Break! Our 12 Days of Christmas, organized by our Leadership Team is in full swing and all the activities have brought much joy and Christmas Spirit to our school community.
On Tuesday, we have our Christmas Concert at the Church. Please review all information detailed below. Raffle winners for Front Row Seating and Parking at the Church will be contacted on Tuesday.
We will not be issuing tickets for the show. Parents, siblings and grandparents are welcome to attend, however we are not able to guarantee parking and/or seating within the Church.
We are looking forward to our final week of Christmas Cheer before Break next week!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Third Week of Advent- JOY!
One candle is pink- why? There are four candles on the Advent wreath. Three are purple and lit on the first, second and fourth Sundays of Advent. The pink candle is lit on the third Sunday of Advent, which we call Gaudete Sunday. On this Sunday, in addition to the pink candle, the priest wears a pink vestment which he might refer to as a "rose."
Gaudete is a word that means "rejoice," and we rejoice on Gaudete Sunday because we are halfway through Advent. Some people have the custom of throwing Gaudete parties, and this is also a day in which Christmas carolers may begin carolling door-to-door.
The three purple candles are sometimes said to represent prayer, fasting and almsgiving- the three spiritual disciplines that are key to a fruitful Advent.
Christmas Concert Information
Our Christmas Concert will begin at 6:30 PM on Tuesday December 17.
The Church doors will not open until 6PM. Students can make their way to the Church Hall and families can find seating.
Please ensure when picking up your child, you notify the teacher that you are taking your child so that we can account for all students.
Today is the last day to purchase Best Seats in the House/Parking Lot. Winners will be contacted Tuesday morning. Pews and Parking lot winners will have family name signs.
We are looking forward to hearing our students raise their voices in song as we celebrate the wonder of the season!
Pancake Breakfast

Students in Kinder to Grade 6 will be served a pancake breakfast in the school Gym, complete with holiday cheer and a special guest! It is truly a special memory for the school year.
Please note that there will be no Healthy Hunger this day and it is a full day of school. Please send some extra food for your child in case they are hungry at lunch/later in the day.
