Previous Week Recap from Mrs. Cormier
I hope that all families enjoyed our celebration of Peace Week this week. It was really fun to see all of the students collectively work together to recognize this important week. I also want to recognize all of our students that are participating in ELP, clubs, and sports. We are in full swing, and we have many students involving themselves in extracurricular activities. It is very exciting to see our IB learners engaging in these extended events to grow.
I know that the current state of affairs has left everyone with some anxiety, but I want to make sure that we reassure students and families that we are confident that we are following all safety protocols and school is safely up and running. As I mentioned in my last message, please make sure you report any additional concerns you have.
Next week, we will be recognizing Celebrate Freedom Week. Each day, I will be on Turtle Talk discussing the Declaration of Independence and recognizing our nations history through a series of small talks with the students. I am excited for us to have time next week for this week!
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
