And honestly, just reaching out is a win — sometimes that’s the hardest step (well… aside from agreeing on the guest list if there is one😉). Right now, you might be riding that mix of excitement and “where do we even start?” — a little overwhelmed, thinking about budgets, timelines, and wondering what actually goes into a ceremony. You’re not alone — almost every couple starts right here. That’s where I come in. My role is to make this feel simple, relaxed, and completely manageable. I’ll guide you through all the legal requirements, take the pressure off the process, and help you create a ceremony that feels natural, meaningful, and genuinely you. You’ve said you’re leaning towards something low-key — which I absolutely love. But low-key doesn’t have to mean impersonal or rushed. You can say your vows in a beautiful park, a private garden, on the beach, or even in your own backyard — something intimate, relaxed, and still incredibly special. The best part? There are no rules — it’s entirely your day, your way.

No ceremony is too large or too small — it simply needs to feel right for you both. And of course… two witnesses.

What your micro wedding ceremony package includes

My 14 years and over 700+ ceremonies of experience, knowledge and expertise.

We’ll take care of all the legal paperwork in one simple Zoom meeting, including lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least one month before your ceremony. I’ll also need to sight your ID (such as a birth certificate and passport), all of which can be done easily over video chat. A beautifully simple ceremony that honours the significance of marriage, delivered with ease and warmth. Choose from four carefully curated ceremony templates, designed to keep things meaningful yet effortless. I’ll be there to perform your ceremony at your chosen time and location within the Adelaide metro area, for up to 10 guests (not including you both). If you’re heading outside of Adelaide, that’s no problem at all — we’ll just chat about travel beforehand, You’ll need two witnesses over 18 at your ceremony. They don’t need to be Australian citizens, but they do need to speak and understand English. If you’re stuck, I can organise two witnesses for you for a small fee — just let me know when you book. You’ll have the choice of four beautiful signing pens to use when completing your marriage certificate after the ceremony. I take care of all the legal paperwork for you, including lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and all required forms with Births, Deaths and Marriages. You’ll also get a helpful guide on how to change your name after marriage, plus simple steps for applying for your official marriage certificate. The cost for me to perform your elopement or micro-style legal wedding ceremony within the Adelaide metropolitan area — simple, transparent, and all-inclusive: Monday to Friday (10 am–3 pm): $550 Monday to Thursday (after 3 pm): $650 Friday (after 3 pm) through to Sunday: $750 * *Available for bookings within the next 3 months. My ceremony pricing is all-inclusive, keeping everything simple and taken care of. To secure your date, payment is due within 48 hours of confirmation. If you’re planning something outside the Adelaide metropolitan area, travel can easily be arranged — we’ll simply tailor that to your plans. As a point of reference, Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) offer ceremonies at their city office for $436, held Monday to Friday between 10:15 am and 4:00 pm. These often need to be booked 3–6 months in advance due to limited availability. The ceremony itself follows a standard script, focusing solely on the legal requirements, without personalised vows. I also offer a mid-range package from $1,100. Designed for up to 30 guests, this includes a personalised ceremony, use of my professional PA system, printed keepsake vows, and a combination of one video meeting and one in-person meeting.
