Saddle Stitch and loop stitch
Book binding method in which folded sheets are gathered together one inside the other and then stapled through the fold line with wire staples. these can be either flat staples or looped staples.
If you find yourself at home and suddenly want to make a stapled book but don't have the fancy staplers that we have here, this is how you can do it with a normal stapler:
