Loan Documentation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with lenders and the bank's partners to prepare, review, or obtain supporting information required to complete loan documentation in a timely manner. Assist lenders from start to finish with the lending process including data tracking, regulation adherence, document preparation and review.

Starting salary is $17.80/hr. (may be negotiable with experience).

Required: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: Standard office equipment operation experience, clerical skills, ability to communicate complex situations in an easy-to-understand way
