Mobile Access Cards

Get ready to unlock a world of fun at Inspiration!

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents, an active access card is required to enter all amenities.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Download the Alarm.com app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Activate your mobile credentials. Once you receive your credentials, follow the in-app instructions to activate your digital access card (which will look like the image to the right).

Mobile credential activation is quick and easy!

After completing your waivers, the Association team will process your credentials within one business day.

Before diving into the fun, please review the Facility Use and Regulations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at all Inspiration amenities.

✅ Already completed a waiver? No need to submit another!

❌ Haven’t received your mobile credentials? Reach out to the Association team at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com for assistance.

When Accessing the Amenities

  • One resident per household must scan their mobile access card at the entry reader.
  • The Pool Monitor will verify the scan log and request a valid photo ID showing your Inspiration address.
  • To maintain community safety and security, all guests must be signed in by the sponsoring resident upon arrival.
  • Wristbands will be provided to all registered guests.
  • Guests must leave with the resident who signed them in.

💡 Friendly reminder:

Be sure to review the Facility Use and Regulations in advance to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Safety First at the Pool: Lightning Detection System!

We’re excited to share a new safety enhancement at Club Inspiration!

A cutting-edge lightning detection system has been installed to help protect residents and guests during pool season. This system detects lightning within a 10-mile radius and provides real-time alerts.

Here's how it works:

  • Lightning Detected: When lightning is detected, an alarm will sound, and all pool-goers will be required to exit the pool area and seek shelter inside Club Inspiration.
  • 30-Minute All Clear: If no additional lightning is detected for 30 minutes, an all-clear announcement will be made, and guests may return to the pool deck.

Even more convenient!

We’ve added a real-time lightning status widget to our website. Now you can check the pool’s lightning status anytime from your smartphone—no need to call or wait for updates!

At Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor, your safety is our top priority. We’re proud to implement this proactive system to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Safety Break

At Inspiration, we implement Safety Breaks during the last 10 minutes of every hour* at all our pools. During this time, only swimmers under the age of 18 are required to exit the water.

Why do we do this? Here are a few key reasons:

  • Energy Break for Kids: Young swimmers need time to rest and recharge. We encourage parents to offer snacks, hydration, and downtime during safety breaks to reduce the risk of exhaustion and potential water-related accidents.
  • Lifeguard Rotation: During each break, lifeguards switch to different stands to stay alert and better monitor all areas of the pool. While they are moving between stands, the pool is not actively monitored, making it unsafe for children to remain in the water.
  • Restroom Use: Safety breaks are a great time for kids to take a bathroom break, helping prevent accidents and reduce the risk of a “code brown” (fecal contamination) in the pool.
  • Water Quality Maintenance: These breaks give the water a chance to rest during peak use and allow staff to test and maintain chlorine and pH levels, ensuring clean, safe water for everyone.

Safety breaks are a simple but powerful way we prioritize wellness, safety, and water quality at Inspiration.

*During the final hour, all residents are required to exit the water for the scheduled safety break.

Welcome to Inspiration! We understand you may have received facility cards from the previous homeowner. However, Mobile Access Cards are unique digital credentials assigned to each resident to ensure secure access to our amenities. • Updated Waivers Required: The Association requires updated waivers that reflect your current address before access can be granted.

Do I have to be with my guests while at the Amenities?

Please note: All guests (maximum of four per resident) must be accompanied and supervised by a resident at all times while using Inspiration facilities, including the pool. This policy helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone in the community.
