Guest Passes
To help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, guest access at Club Inspiration is subject to the following guidelines.
Daily Guest Limit
Each lot address may bring up to four (4) guests per day.
Peak-Day Guest Passes
- Peak-day guest passes are required Friday through Sunday and during designated holiday periods, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
- Each household will receive ten (10) complimentary peak guest passes per pool season. Each pass covers one (1) guest for one (1) day of use—for example, bringing four (4) guests in one day will use four (4) guest passes.
- Additional peak-day guest passes may be purchased for $10 each, with a maximum of ten (10) additional passes per household per season.
- Complimentary passes can be added by each resident beginning May 1 on CivicRec. Please watch for a separate email with additional details.
Monday–Thursday Guest Access
Guest passes may also be used Monday through Thursday and are not subject to a seasonal limit. However, the daily limit of four (4) guests per lot address still applies.
Registration and Check-In
- Guest passes must be secured by the resident prior to use through the Association’s CivicRec online resident platform.
- Guests are only permitted when accompanied by a resident. All residents and guests must check in and check out with the Pool Monitor. Wristbands will be issued at check-in and must be worn while using the facility.
- Residents must present and leave a valid government-issued photo ID with the Pool Monitor at check-in. This ID will be returned upon check-out. - Residents and guests are expected to exit the facility at closing time.
Safety First at the Pool: Lightning Detection System!
We’re excited to share a new safety enhancement at Club Inspiration!
A cutting-edge lightning detection system has been installed to help protect residents and guests during pool season. This system detects lightning within a 10-mile radius and provides real-time alerts.
Here's how it works:
- Lightning Detected: When lightning is detected, an alarm will sound. All pool-goers are required to exit the pool area immediately and seek shelter inside Club Inspiration.
- 30-Minute All Clear: If no additional lightning is detected for 30 minutes, an all-clear announcement will be made, and access to the pool area will be restored.
Even more convenient!
A real-time lightning status widget is available on our website, allowing you to check the pool’s lightning status anytime from your smartphone.
At Club Inspiration and Hope Harbor, your safety is our top priority. We’re proud to implement this proactive system to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Caregiver Access
To support residents who require assistance, caregiver access to aquatic facilities may be granted under the following guidelines:
- Households may be issued one (1) caregiver access card, designated exclusively for the caregiver.
- Caregiver access is permitted only for use of the aquatic facilities and only when supervising the resident or minor residents of the household.
- Caregiver access cards may be used in the absence of the homeowner, provided all rules and supervision requirements are followed.
- Any misuse or violation of this policy may result in the immediate deactivation and surrender of the caregiver access card.
- Caregiver access does not extend to other amenities, including the Fitness Center or non-aquatic facilities.
Obtaining a Caregiver Access Card
- Homeowners must complete the required forms at www.InspirationTxHoa.com.
- Both the homeowner and caregiver must sign the Facilities Use Agreement.
- A seasonal fee of $30 applies.
- Caregiver access cards are valid from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Safety Break
At Inspiration, Safety Breaks are implemented during the last 10 minutes of every hour at all pools.* During this time, swimmers under the age of 18 are required to exit the water.
Why Safety Breaks Matter
- Rest & Recovery: Young swimmers need time to rest and recharge. We encourage parents to provide snacks, hydration, and downtime to help reduce the risk of fatigue and water-related incidents.
- Lifeguard Rotation: During each break, lifeguards rotate positions to remain alert and effectively monitor all areas of the pool. While transitioning between stands, the pool is not actively monitored, making it unsafe for children to remain in the water.
- Restroom Use: Safety breaks provide an opportunity for children to use the restroom, helping prevent accidents and reducing the risk of pool contamination.
- Water Quality Maintenance: Breaks allow staff time to test and maintain proper chlorine and pH levels, ensuring clean and safe water for all residents.
Safety Breaks are a simple but effective way we support wellness, safety, and water quality at all Inspiration amenities.
*During the final hour of operation, all residents are required to exit the water for the scheduled safety break.
Swim Diapers & Neoprene Covers
To help maintain water quality and reduce the risk of contamination, the following requirements apply:
- All children who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper at all times while in the pool.
- A neoprene swim cover (reusable swim diaper cover) is required over all disposable swim diapers.
- Regular diapers are not permitted in the pool under any circumstances.
- Pool Monitors will request to visually confirm that proper swim diapers and covers are being used.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring proper swim attire is worn at all times.

- In the event of fecal contamination or vomit in the pool, the affected area will be closed immediately for cleaning and sanitization in accordance with public health guidelines.
- Closure times may vary depending on the type of incident and required treatment process.
- Residents and guests must exit the pool promptly and follow all directions from Pool Monitors and staff.
- The pool will reopen only after it has been properly treated and cleared for safe use.
