I think you need to do a little more research. First of all the CIA might be involved, but they are not the agency that carries out this program better known as remote neural monitoring. The NSA is the primary agency responsible for the development and operations of this very compartmentalized project that originally stems from CIA known operations named MK ultra and Cointelpro. There is no doubt about the abuse by three letter government agencies regarding this project, as they were openly discussed in millions of documents destroyed illegally regarding MK ultra. The history actually lies behind project paper clip, which is also very well documented if anybody is interested please look it up. This is where we and other allied countries a.k.a. Russia and the UK, captured and gave amnesty to thousands of NAZI war criminals (medical and Psychiatric doctors, neuroscientists, nuclear engineers, physicists etc. etc. etc.) . We are all familiar with Oppenheimer: he was a Nazi war criminal. Similarly, there are many scientists and doctors who developed very nasty human abuse projects and they were allowed to continue their work instead of being hung as the human rights abusers like the rest of the Nazi officers in Nuremberg. Thus the Nuremberg code, now governed by the international criminal court in the Hague, that makes it an offense punishable by death to experiment on human beings without their informed consent. Step it forward about 30 years and these projects became MK ultra and many other projects that went very dark a.k.a. black projects funded by US taxpayers by the trillions every year since roughly 1950. I think we can all imagine what would transpire with unregulated lack of oversight projects of this nature. Even when they were discovered and publicly admitted to during the church hearings in the early 70s and banned by that special congressional committee, do you really think they actually stopped what they were doing? Get real people. It’s not so much our government, as it is our military that is responsible for the most insane atrocities committed against humans on our planet. DARPA, and the military industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned about in his public address upon leaving office in the 50s, continues today almost unfettered, to produce the most disgusting weapons meant solely for the torture of our own species; costing taxpayers trillions upon trillions of dollars since then.

Now, before you start accusing people of being paranoid or delusional, do your research and truly understand that human beings are disgusting, selfish creatures capable of the most atrocious crimes. We live in a hyper inflated sociopathic world where we ignore the truth that is right in front of us.

At one point you say that a targeted individual should just give up and stay alone… The core purpose of the project is to isolate the target! Maybe the target should just commit suicide since that is the primary purpose of the program?!

Then you go onto discuss your very minuscule knowledge of directed energy weapons, which are very well documented in thousands of patents owned by the department of Navy, Air Force etc. and other third-party contractors that are employed by the DOD. You really don’t know how to do investigative research. Even a quick Google search would reveal exactly what I’m stating here. How does paranoia or delusion have anything to do with the facts that our military has been testing and implementing directed energy weapons, including space based / satellite energy weapons since the 70s. This is publicly available information; can you imagine how much information has been wiped off the Internet: You know, the World Wide Web a military (DARPA) invention released to the public?! Same goes for cellular services. Also a Military invention released to the public. I think we can all rest assured that it was and remains fully in their control. There is beyond a high likelihood that the technologies that are actually released the public are about 30 years behind what they actually possess in their arsenal. Wake the fuck up. Even if we live in a simulation that too is probably a military based invention and we can bet without a doubt that if it’s “military” it isn’t for the benefit of the human species at any level. I could go on for hours about how ridiculously baseless your video production is or how it either represents that of sheeple (people that would prefer not to know the true reality of what’s going on around them, so they just follow the herd), or quite possibly could be the intentional mis or disinformation production not uncommon of CIA directives. Regardless, I hope at this point everyone might better understand this is not a coincidence or phenomenon, where millions of people are having identical symptoms of delusion or paranoia. Unfortunately, it is without a doubt millions actually being targeted by nefarious technological weapons produced by multiple nation states for the purpose of population control and manipulation. I hope my share allows some of you to start seeing the real picture. It is only through awareness that we will demand change, putting a stop to these abuses and be allowed to advance with other universal species as a peaceful planet free from war and other negative tyrannical influences.
