Now is the time to act!
In challenging moments, humanity shines brightest when we come together. This is one of those moments. Join us—help Keep The Lights On.
The US Government is undertaking an evaluation of all foreign assistance programs in accordance with the US President’s Executive Order on Reevaluating and Realigning United States Foreign Aid. During this evaluation, many local TB community organizations and survivor networks are unable to access funding and are unable to work.
This has put TB survivor networks and TB local community organizations, previously supported by the Challenge Facility for Civil Society (CFCS) and country-level Stop TB Partnership platform grants, in a crisis.
We are not just a network—we are a family. Built over years of dedication, we have succeeded incredibly in saving lives and supporting people affected by TB worldwide. In December 2024, we celebrated our progress and reaffirmed our commitment to ending TB by 2030. We cannot afford to let these efforts crumble overnight.
Why It MAtters
TB community organizations are the frontline heroes in the fight to end TB, reaching people where health systems fall short. Without immediate financial support, these organizations face closure—putting countless lives at risk. They provide:
TB education and screening for children, workers, and families.
- Access to life-saving diagnosis and treatment.
- Mental health counseling and nutritional support.
- Advocacy for improved TB tools and increased domestic funding.
- TB preventive therapy and supply chain monitoring.
- Stigma reduction and outreach to high-risk industries
Without sustained funding, millions will be left without critical support leading to increased TB transmission and lives lost.
Who This Campaign Supports
Every penny will go directly to local TB community organization partners—the CFCS Round 12 grantees and country-level Stop TB Partnership platforms—which operate in 38 countries, supporting 130+ local TB organizations.
This campaign is not raising funds for the Stop TB Partnership Secretariat.
Our Goal: US $3 Million
Through "Keep the Lights On," the Stop TB Partnership aims to raise $3 million to support CFCS Round 12 grantees and country-level TB platforms that have received stop-work orders.
- 100% of funds raised will go directly to these organizations.
- The target amount will provide each grantee with up to $25,000 to sustain operations from February to May 2025.
The Stop TB Partnership will provide regular updates on funds raised and will announce the final total at the campaign’s conclusion.
