I took a photo of a man at a rodeo riding his horse and I lightened the picture up to make it look nicer. I learned not to make my dodge tool be visible in the picture. My goal was to make a nice picture of a man riding a horse with good lighting. I feel like I could have done better with the lighting since it is visible in the picture. I hope that my audience can get that people still ride horses.
I took a picture of people at a rodeo riding their horses in a line. I decided to make the colors pop more in Photoshop. I learned that colors can pop maybe too much. My goal was to make a nice picture of people with horses in a line. I feel like the colors may be popping out too much otherwise I feel that it is a nice piece. I hope the audience will be able to see what being at a rodeo is like.
I took this picture at a rodeo in Pueblo, Colorado. I decided to lighten it up in photoshop and make the crowd bigger. I learned how to use the spot heal brush more effectively. My goal was to make a nice picture of a man lassoing at a rodeo to show the excitement of rodeos. I feel that the picture could have used better lighting and the crowd could have been smaller.
I took a picture of a baseball. In this project I learned how to capture good textures and incorporate small details on my baseball. My goal was to get all the details of the baseball in the photo. I feel that this is a good photo although it is a bit boring. This is to show the audience that sometimes things are better when they are simpler.
I took this picture of a golf ball and a club at a minigolf place. When taking this photo I learned that I should work on having better angles in order to have no distracting elements in the photo. My goal was to take a nice looking photo of a golf ball about to enter a hole, but I feel like I could have used a different angle to get rid of distracting elements.
I took a picture of a supply shed at a mini golf place. I learned how to effectively take pictures in the dark using the dark landscape mode on my camera. My goal was to take a nice picture of the supply shed. I feel like I did good taking this picture since it follows the properties that a photo should follow when being taken.
The theme I used to create this Triptych was wooden structures. I was able to take many pictures but I chose these three. It was fun learning how to make a triptych and making sure it looked nice. I feel like this triptych went well and the photos did not have many distracting elements in them, making the main focus the wooden structures.
This duotone photo of a Duck that I took was a fun project. I was able to make it look as though there were two ducks instead of one by using a mirror. I learned how to take nice reflective photos during this project. I also enjoyed duo toning the photo. I feel like this photo turned out well and turned out to be very successful.
I took this photo of a duck standing on a ball in front of a mirror to use a reflective element in my photo to make it look like there were two ducks rather than just one. I made this photo black and white and then hand colored it using tools in Photoshop. I feel that this photo turned out very well and has nice colors that pop nicely.
Making this project was fun since I was able to take multiple photos and using layer masks I was able to combine everything to look like hands were coming out of a fire. I feel that this photo turned out very successfully and I also enjoyed making this photo, making it in my opinion, one of my best pieces.
I was able to take these photos by using oil and water and using a colorful background to make a really nice effect of colorful bubbles. I then took some of my best photos and turned them into a collage. I made sure to use cool and ocean like colors in this collage to make it seem as if they were from the ocean. I feel like this project turned out well and it is one of my favorite ones.
I took these pictures by mixing oil and water together in a clear pan and used a colorful background to make the bubbles seem to be multicolored and fun. After taking them I was able to make a collage with the best ones I could find and use cool and warm colors together to make it look like a color explosion. I feel like I did well on this project since it used both warm and cool colors and felt like a color explosion of bubbles.
