Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to vacationwithjames@gmail.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days, please call (689) 287-2292 to ensure your information was received. Please note that a cancellation does not always result in a refund. If you cancel your booking without insurance, after final payment/due date you will forfeit all monies paid. If you cancel your arrangements prior to your final payment/due date with or without insurance, your right to a partial refund may be limited.
