- On the Infor Concierge login page click Reset/Forgot Password.
- Input the registered email address.
- Enter the code that will show in the screen.
- The page will be redirected to Forgot Password page, then check your mailbox.
- The user is expected to receive an email notification from <noreply_inforsupport@infor.com> containing the password reset link.
- Access the link either by clicking it/copy and paste it in the internet browser.
- Then, the user will be redirected to a page that they need to input their basic information.
- Enter the code that will show in the screen, and click Create Account button.
- Click Continue.
- The learner will be back on the Infor Concierge login page.
- Input the saved credentials.
- It will now go to the Concierge home page.
- And to access Infor U Campus from Concierge, go to Education on left menu, and look for "Visit Infor U Campus" link or go to education.infor.com and login to your Infor U Campus account.
