Personal & Group Marketing Projects

Below is a curated selection of marketing projects developed in collaboration with my academic teams.

Bullseye Bore

BullseyeBore Core is a comprehensive business and marketing plan for an innovative, laser-guided drill accessory designed to eliminate drilling misalignment for DIYers and professionals. Our team identified a clear market opportunity driven by the growing demand for precision-enhancing tools within the $22B tool accessories market, targeting fixer-uppers, DIY enthusiasts, and skilled tradespeople aged 25–40. Through competitive and customer analysis, we positioned BullseyeBore as a premium, patented solution that outperforms existing drill guides by reducing drilling error to under ±1 degree. The plan integrated a full go-to-market strategy—including product design, pricing, distribution, influencer-led promotion, and a data-backed financial forecast—projecting first-year profitability and sustained growth over three years.

ZARA Marketing Plan

This team marketing plan developed a growth strategy for Zara by launching the ZARA Luxe Bedding Collection—an “accessible premium” extension that strengthens Zara’s lifestyle positioning while addressing sustainability concerns. We conducted a full situation analysis and SWOT, identifying key opportunities in digital shopping and eco-friendly demand, then built a complete go-to-market strategy across STP and the 4Ps (product, pricing, selective distribution, and IMC). The concept differentiated Zara from fast-fashion rivals by pairing minimalist design and sustainable materials with mid-premium pricing and app-first distribution to drive trial and engagement. We supported the launch with clear financial logic, including margin and breakeven estimates, plus a market opportunity projection that demonstrated strong category potential.

Improving Tesla's Competitive Advantage

This project evaluates Tesla’s eroding competitive advantage amid rising EV competition, slowing demand, and brand volatility. Using SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces, our team identified key risks—including an aging product lineup, increasing price sensitivity, and intensified rivalry from BYD, Rivian, and legacy automakers—while also highlighting Tesla’s strengths in software, vertical integration, and charging infrastructure. We developed and assessed three strategic alternatives, ultimately recommending a combined strategy of launching a mass-market affordable EV and expanding Tesla’s energy storage and solar businesses. This approach balances cost leadership and differentiation, positioning Tesla for renewed growth, diversified revenue, and long-term competitive resilience.
