SKIMS × Alani Nu Integrated Campaign Concept
Brand Collaboration & Social Media Strategy Project Developed a Gen Z focused collaboration concept between SKIMS and Alani Nu designed to create a participatory, community-driven cultural moment. The campaign centered on the “Sip. Snap. SKIMS.” Big idea was a collectible can challenge that blends gamification, UGC, and brand storytelling to drive repeat purchases, social sharing, and brand affinity.
My Contribution
Led the development of the core campaign message and consumer story, designed the collectible can challenge mechanics, and conceptualized in-store and pop-up activations that integrated sustainability and cause-based marketing through charitable recycling initiatives.
RVR MVMNT Dance Studio Business Plan
Startup Business Strategy & Financial Planning Project Developed a comprehensive business plan for RVR MVMNT, a proposed dance studio designed to serve young adults and college students in Riverside, California, with a focus on inclusivity, community, and hip-hop dance education. The plan outlined the studio’s purpose, leadership structure, and long-term growth strategy, supported by detailed financial modeling and revenue projections.
My Contribution
Came up with the idea of this dance studio concept. Led the development of the mission statement and vision, defined the management structure and key team roles, and conducted the financial analysis, including startup cost breakdowns, operating expenses, revenue projections, and ROI calculations to assess feasibility and long-term sustainability.
Bullseye Bore New Market Product
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy Project Developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for BullseyeBore Core, an innovative laser-guided drill accessory designed for DIY enthusiasts, fixer-uppers, and professional tradespeople. The project focused on defining the target customer, positioning the product within a competitive tools market, and building a cohesive marketing mix to support product launch and long-term growth.
My Contribution
Led the customer analysis, including target market segmentation, buyer persona development, and identification of key needs, pain points, and decision drivers. Designed the marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), aligning product features, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and promotional tactics with customer behavior and market demand.
ZARA Marketing Plan
Brand Extension Strategy & Product Development Project Developed a comprehensive marketing plan proposing ZARA Luxe Bedding Collection, a new home category extension designed to expand Zara’s lifestyle positioning beyond apparel. The project evaluated Zara’s internal capabilities, customer segments, and competitive landscape to identify a strategic growth opportunity within the premium and accessible home décor market.
My Contribution
Led the situation analysis, assessing Zara’s internal environment, customer behavior, and external competitive forces to identify key opportunities and risks. Developed the product strategy for the Luxe Bedding Collection, defining product features, materials, packaging, sustainability positioning, and brand alignment to ensure the extension reinforced Zara’s core identity while entering a new category.
Improving Tesla's Competitive Advantage
Corporate Strategy & Competitive Advantage Project Developed a strategic analysis evaluating Tesla’s declining market share, brand volatility, and increased competition within the global EV industry. The project assessed Tesla’s current competitive position using industry, market, and firm-level analysis to identify strategic gaps and future growth opportunities.
My Contribution
Led the development and evaluation of three strategic alternatives to strengthen Tesla’s long-term competitive advantage, including (1) launching a mass-market affordable EV, (2) diversifying beyond automobiles into energy storage and renewable solutions, and (3) refreshing Tesla’s core vehicle lineup. Assessed each alternative based on strategic fit, risk, cost implications, and long-term impact to support a data-informed recommendation.
Hong Kong Express Service Blueprint
Service Marketing & Experience Design Project Developed a service improvement and marketing plan for Hong Kong Express, a fast-casual Chinese restaurant serving college students and local customers in Fullerton. The project evaluated the end-to-end customer experience using service blueprints, quality frameworks, and performance metrics to identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement.
My Contribution
Led the analysis and application of the RATER dimensions (Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness) to assess service quality. Defined both hard and soft performance measures for each dimension, such as order accuracy, speed of service, cleanliness standards, and staff responsiveness, and translated insights into actionable service improvements aligned with customer expectations.
