What happens next

You’ll register on the ArtsCenter's site. (You’ll be able to choose your section on ArtsCenter’s registration page.) After you enroll, you’ll get a confirmation from them—and I’ll email you a quick “what to bring” note before the first class.

I’m Heather (Sourwood Photography). I’ve been photographing and teaching in Chapel Hill for 10+ years. If your camera feels like a tiny computer with too many buttons, you’re in the right place.

- Do I need an expensive camera? Nope. Any DSLR or mirrorless camera is fine. Bring what you have. - What brands work? Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Olympus—totally fine. - I’m a total beginner. Is that okay? Yes. This class is built for “I just opened the box” beginners. - What should I bring? Your camera, a charged battery, and a memory card.
