New School-Wide Incentives at OV

Celerating success together

Otselic Valley is excited to expand its student incentive program for the 2025-26 school year. This year, both elementary and middle/high school students will have opportunities to participate in incentive activities that occur more often throughout the year. These events are designed to encourage engagement, celebrate success, and strengthen our school community.

For elementary students, the first incentive will focus on attendance. Each class will work together to earn attendance points, with every student’s daily attendance counting toward the total. When the class reaches its goal, they will celebrate with a reward of their choice.

For middle and high school students, the first incentive was the Viking Feast Incentive Picnic at Dorchester Park on Wednesday, October 15th.

We look forward to seeing our students rise to the challenge and to celebrating their accomplishments together throughout the year.
