Claire Hewitt-Demeyer is passionate about exploring uncharted territories and the raw beauty of human-powered turns deep in the heart of the mountains. She strives for excellence in backcountry riding and aims to inspire individuals of all backgrounds to explore beyond the boundaries of the resort.
Professional Background
Claire is AIARE 1 & 2 certified and has completed a winter survival, Wilderness First Aid Responder course, Wilderness Navigation and Wilderness First Responder. Her primary objective for the 2025/2026 season is to expand her exposure through filming and seizing commercial opportunities. Along with creating youtube series of her monthly adventures in the backcountry.
BIPOC Advocate
As a member of the BIPOC community, Claire is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in outdoor sports and adventure. She works to create opportunities for underrepresented groups to experience and enjoy the beauty of the backcountry, inspiring others through her own journeys and achievements.
