關於「一喜種田」
Spanning over 57,000 sq. ft., Farm Together currently comprises 21 farms in Hong Kong and 1 farm in Singapore. Our farms have cultivated over 380 plant and crop species, and produce more than 1,700kg annually. The farms bring green inspirations to the Group's properties and allow colleagues, tenants, hotel guests, and the wider community to experience urban farming.
「一喜種田」項目共有二十一個香港農圃和一個新加坡農圃，面積逾57,000平方尺。農圃種植超過380種植物及農作物品種，每年收成產量達1,700千克。農圃為集團物業注入新動力，同時也使員工、租戶、酒店客人和廣大社區能體驗到都巿耕作。

Farming demands dedication and hard work. We are delighted to have colleagues from various departments across different properties who have gone above and beyond their regular duties to efficiently manage our farms and harvest. In this spring issue, we are pleased to introduce our behind-the-scenes Team Farm Together from Hong Kong Gold Coast.

As spring arrives, we are excited to engage with the wider community through Farm Together, welcoming more new friends to visit our farms.
這個春季「一喜種田」邀請了不少新朋友到訪各個農莊，體驗收割的樂趣。
Sky Farm welcomed residents from Grand Victoria for a farm tour, where they harvested fresh cabbages and turnips. The experience culminated in a delightful farm-to-table miso soup, made with their own freshly picked crops.
維港匯住客到訪宏天空中農莊，了解都市耕作之餘，更親手收割了當季的椰菜與白蘿蔔，即煮成美味又暖胃的味噌湯，享受了一次難得的農場到餐桌體驗。
Residents of Grand Central had a wonderful harvest at Farm by the Coast in Gold Coast Piazza, gathering 54 kg of vibrant red, golden, and candy cane 🍭 beets.
來自凱滙的大小朋友在黃金海岸商場的海岸農莊一起收割了共54公斤的紅菜頭，除了紅色和金色，更有🍭糖果條紋，收獲豐富。
For the second year, Farm Together invited students from Hong Kong Red Swastika Society Tai Po Secondary School to explore urban farms and sustainability-related facilities at Hong Kong Gold Coast and One North, where they learned about green living and sustainable practices.
「一喜種田」再一次邀請香港紅卍字會大埔卍慈中學參觀位於香港黃金海岸及朗壹廣場的都市農莊和其他可持續發展的相關設施，同學們開心學習綠色生活及可持續發展的理念。
Farm Together continued to support the Scout Association of Hong Kong Carnival for the third consecutive year. Aligned with this year's theme of mental wellness, our booth used the engaging game "不時不食" to highlight the nutritional benefits of consuming fresh, seasonal crops. We also inspired sustainable living by distributing 400 plots of edible plants, encouraging attendees to grow their own herbs at home.
「一喜種田」連續第三年支持香港童軍總會「童笑同行」嘉年華，今年大會主題是精神健康，我們透過攤位遊戲「不時不食」派發了400盆食用植物盆栽，培養大眾對家居種植的興趣，有益身心！
With the arrival of spring, it was the perfect time to farm! Sky Farm hosted another round of tenant engagement program, inviting office tenants from Skyline Tower to experience the joys of collaborative farming. Over two months, participants learned the ins and outs of farm management and grew their own vegetables, guided by our farm consultant, Smiley Planet.
春季來臨，宏天廣場再次開辦租戶農務工作坊，邀請辦公室的租戶一起參與打理都市農莊。為期兩個月的課程，租戶員工在農莊顧問Smiley Planet的指導下，學習並實踐農田管理，親手種植蔬菜。

Our colleagues came together at our urban farms for a bountiful harvest! Sky Farm yielded nearly 90 kilograms of vegetables, which were donated to the HKSKH Kowloon City Children and Youth Integrated Service Centre. In addition, 148 Farm contributed 13 kg of freshly harvested turnips to St. James' Settlement, sharing the fruits of our labor with those in need.
宏天空中農莊收成了近90公斤的蔬菜，捐贈給香港聖公會九龍城青少年綜合服務中心。而148空中農莊則收割了13公斤白蘿蔔，與聖雅各福群會分享美味收成。

Growing vegetables at home can be surprisingly easy. Many varieties are adaptable and require minimal space, making indoor gardening accessible for everyone.
Fiona from Rooftop Republic, a consultant of 148 Farm, demonstrates how to regrow fresh scallions from a single bulb using a plastic bowl.
家居種菜其實不難，很多農作物品種對環境要求不高，只佔很少空間，可以嘗試在屋中種植。
