FIVB Coach Course to be held in Korea at level 1 and 27 in Cheonan amid explosive interest
The 2024 International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) Coach Course Level 1 will be held in Cheonan, South Korea.
The Korea Volleyball Association will conduct the 2024 FIVB Coach Course Level 1 course at Namseoul University and Hyundai Capital Castle of Skywalkers for five days from the 27th to the 31st.
Initially, the association received 35 applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
However, as more people wanted to participate than expected, the association decided to divide the course into two after consultation with FIVB. A total of 62 people will participate. The number of instructors has also increased from one to two.
The instructors for the FIVB Coach Course Level 1 in Korea are Paulo Montanani (Italy) and Nemac Martin (Slovak).
Among the participants, current and former professional coaches and athletes, as well as elementary, middle, and high school and university leaders, are known to participate in the FIVB coaching course level 1.
On the 31st, the last day, theoretical and practical tests will be conducted.
The FIVB is divided into levels 1 through 3 of the coaching course.
At level 1, students theoretically learn the basic rules, skills, and values of volleyball, and actually practice coaching.안전놀이터
