Cake Batter Cookie Thins (NEW)
With a satisfying crunch and surprisingly soft interior, this cookie was by far the best flavor of the week, deserving a 10/10. The birthday cake flavor was very prominent, replicating a birthday cake itself. The inside is soft and chewy, along with warm, almost melting into the mouth. It was packed with intense flavor and amazing texture, making you crave more. Lucky enough, you don’t just get one, you get two when purchasing any thin cookies from Crumbl, only served on Thursdays. Overall, this cookie is by far one of my favorites and worth the Crumbl Cookie hype.
Pink Sugar Cookie
Being completely transparent, this cookie was by far the most underwhelming. The generous layer of pink frosting is incredibly sweet and isn't the amazing pink sugar cookie I remember. This used to be my favorite cookie, grabbing it whenever It was on the weekly lineup. However, it did not give the same effect as it used to. It's a chilled cookie, with an almond extract base. The base could be described as homemade shortbread, being very crumbly. The frosting complements and helps out the base, the ratio between cookie and frosting is 2:1, however it doesn't fully save the cookie. It’s not the worst cookie I’ve had but there are far better ones to choose from. This mediocre, almost disappointing, cookie is 5.5/10 stars.
Biscoff Skillet Cookie (NEW)
Given I love Biscoff, I found this cookie fairly enjoyable, it was given a tied rating with the Buckeye Brownie Cookie, being 8/10 stars. It's a skillet cookie in a circular tray, there is a whipped topping, almost like a mousse, paired with a biscoff drizzle, cookie, and biscoff crumbs, topping the cookie. It has a moist, warm, center and slightly crispy edges. It was not overly sweet compared to cookies like Pink Sugar, along with that, the biscoff taste emerges more towards the end. The Biscoff Skillet Cookie is a delightful treat with a perfect balance of sweetness and textures. All in all, being a solid cookie.
Buckeye Brownie Cookie
If you’ve ever had a Buckeye, you know exactly what this tastes like, if not, biting into it, you get an explosive, rich, flavor of peanut butter and chocolate. It's like if a peanut buttercup and brownie had a baby, what's not to love? This is a dense cookie with the edges being slightly crispy, giving way to the soft interior. It’s served warm, making the chocolate on top slightly melted and that much more enjoyable. With that being said, due to the very intense profile flavor, it can get overwhelming. The depth of the flavor, though initially exciting, can become too heavy. However, each bite is a rich and satisfying experience, ultimately a chocolate and peanut butter lover's dream, deserving 8/10 stars.
S'mores Cookie
This was the cookified version of a smore; The crispy edges replicated a toasty graham cracker, there was a gooey marshmallow center, with a chocolate drizzle on top along with chocolate chips throughout the inside of the cookie. It was like taking a bite of a smore freshly made from at the campfire during a camping trip. This was rated 9.5/10 stars, being the second highest rated cookie. This cookie is surprisingly not a sweet, given the marshmallow and chocolate throughout. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this smores cookie; It tastes exactly like the name and has the same characteristics as well. This cookie is definitely worth your money.
