CRITICAL THINKING ASSIGNMENT
PROBLEM STATEMENT: What are the present and future health effects of changing climate and the environmental conditions modified by climate change? First, identify direct and indirect linkages between climate and health. Second map out changing environmental exposures caused by climate change. Third, map out intensifying disease and disability (or morbidity and mortality) burdens due to changing climate and associated environmental conditions. Finally, develop actionable strategies to mitigate the adverse health effects of climate change you have identified. Use appropriate local and/or regional examples to demonstrate your point.
