Creating a new Credly account

Step 1: Open Credly

Navigate to the Credly account creation page here.

Step 2: Complete registration

  • Fill in the required fields.
  • Let Credly know if you’d like to receive occasional messages. These messages will contain information to help you make the most of Credly. You can change your preferences for receiving marketing emails from Credly at any time.
  • Read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Click Create Account. The following message may display on your screen:

Step 3: Confirm email (if required)

  • You will receive an email to the email address you used for registration. Once received, click Confirm My Email.
  • Note: Confirmation emails are sent from admin@credly.com. If you haven't received your confirmation email within an hour, please check your junk or spam folder.

Failing to confirm your account will result in receiving an error message when attempting to sign-in. Password reset is also unavailable until you confirm your account.

Viewing your badges

Step 1: Sign in to Credly

Navigate to the Credly sign on webpage here and enter the account credentials you created. Click sign in.

Infor issues badges as soon as you successfully meet the required earning criteria. After earning the badge, please allow a few business days for the badge acceptance email to arrive. (Add who to contact if they never receive badge?)

You'll see 2 tabs on your Credly account: (This is not what my Credly account looks like)

  • Dashboard
  • Settings

On the Dashboard tab you view your badges.

On the Settings tab you manage your profile and badge settings.
