Matthias Payne Targeted Victim

Matthias Payne is a strong, brave, and beautiful 11-year-old boy. He has been nonverbal since birth and has been a targeted individual both physically and spiritually—even from the womb.

He has endured relentless 24/7 attacks through advanced technologies, including voice-to-skull (V2K) transmission, remote neural monitoring, and high-frequency semiconductor-based electromagnetic (EMF) and radio frequency (RF) assaults—classified technology used exclusively by government entities. These attacks are part of a larger system of trauma-based mind control and torture, utilizing holographic technology and DNA resonance manipulation.

To this day, Matthias remains under constant surveillance by military forces. Beyond the physical and technological torment, he is also subjected to what can only be described as government-sanctioned witchcraft—remote viewing and psychic attacks carried out using military personnel. These classified experiments are happening right here in the United States, a nation that claims to be the “land of the free.”

We strongly believe that these targeted frequency attacks are a driving force behind the alarming number of suicides among women and children, as they are unknowingly subjected to brainwave manipulation designed for depopulation.

Yet, through it all, we hold fast to the power of The Almighty Father—Jehovah Rapha, our Healer. Time and time again, He has proven His faithfulness. As Revelation 12:11 declares:
