The facility will provide 250 new full-time jobs, an average annual salary of $72,000 (including salaries and benefits), and multiple contributions to the wider community.
In addition to full-time jobs for members of the private community, RWHV will contribute about $65 million in taxes each year. New York Statewide Resort World Real Estate has donated more than $3.6 billion in taxes to support schools and other public institutions in the state, according to sources. Casino will also be deeply involved in the Newburgh Mall's revitalization plan, which is expected to benefit the company and other tenants by attracting more customers once it materializes.
