This national day of recognition was developed by the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization, to give children in the United States a glimpse into the working world and show them opportunities for growth ahead.

OCTSA Outstanding Staff Awards
There are still a couple of days left to nominate someone to receive one of two awards recognizing two outstanding employees from among the office, clerical, and technical staff of The University of Alabama whose exceptional ability, performance, and attitude have advanced the mission of The University of Alabama!

We're having a joint Award Reception with the PSA on Thursday, May 22 at 3:00 pm, the location is still TBD.

The Opportunities, Connections and Success Committee needs more members! This committee oversees the award process for the OCTSA Endowed Scholarship.

The OCTSA also sends non-voting representatives to UA Standing Committees who bring valuable information back to our monthly assembly meetings.
