AACP and the Academia-Community Transformation (ACT) Pharmacy Collaborative are proud to announce the inaugural cohort of the ACT Community Pharmacy Centers of Excellence: Institutions that have demonstrated a significant commitment to community pharmacy advancement in teaching, service, scholarship, leadership and partnerships.

The Centers of Excellence will serve as ambassadors for pharmacy academia through convenings with pharmacy and healthcare industry leaders, uniting to mobilize and amplify community pharmacy practice transformation efforts.
