DESIGN PROPOSAL
An urban culture factory that invites people from the beltline. Programmed to have a cafe to lure people in for a drink or food. The main public area being at the bottom where it is more accessible from cars. Going up, it becomes semi-public to private. The theatre and light box being the main events / most public spaces, the archery on the second floor, cafe and foyer on the third, a workshop above with a nice space above to view outside or to Ponce. The purpose of the building was to create an experience throughout the building, inviting people from the beltline as well.
