Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer for the party! We are still looking for additional chaperone volunteers to support the event. Wahooz requires a minimum number of chaperones from each school. Of the 36 on-site chaperone positions listed on our Sign Up Genuis link, we have 20 chaperones confirmed. Please consider volunteering to chaperone the party. We have heard from other parents that the party is really fun and goes quickly! - NO WEAPONS OR FIREARMS OF ANY KIND
- TREAT STAFF AND CHAPERONES WITH RESPECT

Bus check in at Boise High begins at 10:30pm. Students will need to have their ID, BHS activity card or Infinite Campus virtual ID to check in and board buses. Wahooz will open to the students at 11pm. We will draw for raffle prizes throughout the event and will text students to let them know they have won a prize and to please claim it at the BHS table. Buses will leave Wahooz right around 2am to return to Boise High.
For those who have purchased signs and still need to pick them up, please contact Heather heather_schoolfield@hotmail.com or text her (607)425-3648 and she will leave one outside her house for you to swing by, 912 North Harrison Blvd.

It’s an informative and engaging 90 minutes that will help you navigate the college search process. [Claremont McKenna College, Colorado College. Verification of Compliance for the Department of Motor Vehicles can be requested by emailing me at heather.torigian@boiseschools.org. Completed VOC's can be picked up by your student in the Staff Services offices across from the Main Office. We don't email or fax the DMV this form, but students can also request it in person.

Boise Brave Video Broadcasting Students Win in Idaho Public Television Competition
Congratulations to four video broadcasting students who won some big money in the Idaho Public Television Unaltered State PSA Video Competition. Three students shared 1st place honors in the contest. Senior Justin Sultemeier, Junior Maliah Clawson, and Sophomore Jonathan Trolinger each won $500 with their videos. Additionally, Junior Calvin Carter was named an Honorable Mention, earning him $240. We are incredibly proud to wish the Boise High Quiz Bowl Teams success as they head to the National Championships this May. Our teams have had an outstanding season, consistently proving themselves as top-tier competitors. Season Highlights:
- Dominant Performance: Finished 1st or 2nd in all seven local and regional tournaments this year.
- Giant Slayers: Secured two victories against top-20 teams in the nation, including a definitive win against the 14th-ranked team!

Boise High Science Bowl Shines at 2026 Nationals
Under the valued leadership of Coach Alexa Davis and Coach Charlene Becerra, the Boise High Science Bowl team delivered an admirable performance at the 2026 National Science Bowl. In addition to attending seminars and visiting the Smithsonian Air and Space and Natural History Museums, the team competed in a rigorous team challenge and played a series of hard-fought matches in the national tournament. The team—Addy Tripathi (12th), Grady Noble (11th), One Park (10th), and Kellen McClaskey (10th)—placed 5th in their division, finishing just one win shy of making the playoffs. Congratulations to the Regional Champion, and Nationals attendee, Boise High Science Bowl team for an incredible year!

Ms. Tipping is here to support students with social/emotional needs, and offer small groups and resources as needed. Ms. Tipping is also available to families that are struggling and, if unable to help them directly, can link them to community resources.
