Student Government Hosts February Forum for Grades 6-12

Otselic Valley students in grades 6-12 recently gathered for the February Student Government Forum, where student leaders shared updates, celebrated accomplishments, and encouraged their peers to stay motivated as the school year reaches its midpoint. Student Government President Kenzie Reandeau spoke about the importance of recommitting to the goals students set at the beginning of the year, both academically and through extracurricular activities. Students were reminded that success often comes from consistency, effort, and asking for help when needed.

Celebrating Progress and Commitment

As students look ahead to upcoming events such as Spirit Week, Springfest, National Honor Society inductions, spring sports, and graduation activities, the message of the forum focused on perseverance and growth.

Students were encouraged to:

  • Keep working hard
  • Stay committed to their goals
  • Support their teammates, classmates, and clubs
  • Celebrate both big accomplishments and small personal victories

Whether it’s earning a strong test grade, completing a challenging assignment, or simply turning a difficult day around, every step forward matters.

Looking Ahead

Student Government members also shared information about upcoming student incentives, opportunities to provide feedback through a school issue survey, and plans for Spirit Week and Springfest later this spring.
