How We Met

Travis & Emoni is the Epitome of when Swiping goes RIGHT! Mid-Pandemic, they both found themselves browsing through Bumble (an Online dating app) and eventually matching on October 18th, 2021. After just a few days of chatting on Bumble, Emoni suggested they use the video chat feature on the app. Travis, unaware of said feature, immediately sent his number instead. That evening they spent 7 hours on Facetime discussing food and their favorite meals they enjoy cooking. Food has always been the glue to their relationship. After three very long days of talking on the phone, Emoni Lured Travis over to her house with the promise of her infamous Non-bake Cheesecake, which is Travis’ favorite dessert, On October 22nd, 2021. Following 3 hours of deep conversation, they both proclaimed they had found their soulmate. For Emoni, it was a conversation with herself in the mirror asking the simple question ...” Is this my Husband?”. Moments after Emoni returned from the restroom, Travis was more direct and openly shared “This is it for me” without prior knowledge of Emoni’s epiphany with herself. Both Travis and Emoni would say it was love at first slice. They would also agree once Travis came over, he never left. After Hours and weeks of spending time together, they discovered they were mentally, morally, and spiritually aligned. In early December, they mutually decided they wanted to elope. There was no doubt in their minds that Travis and Emoni would be together FOREVER. On February 22nd, 2022, the couple Eloped in Las Vegas accompanied by their mothers, Emoni’s Cousin Toni, and Travis’ brother Tareek. The plan was always to have a traditional Ceremony with their friends and Loved ones post-pandemic. We invite you to experience

$225 per person due as soon as possible. The sooner, the better to lock in your room. Prices listed will increase in January.


A monthly payment plan will be created based on your specific reservation, and the breakdown will be shown on your invoice. Auto Billing is an option that can be selected upon booking.

Final payment date is NO LATER than 5pm on July 17, 2024. A late fee of $100 per person will apply if your payment is submitted anytime after.


1) Can I book on my own or through my own travel agent? No. You MUST book your reservation within the contracted room block through Royal Destinations. You can not book through another source. They are at your service.

2) Is airfare included in the rates provided? No, airfare to Nadi International Airport (NAN) is not included in the rates.

3) Do I need a passport to travel? A valid passport is required for travel to Fiji. If you need to apply for a passport, please go to www.travel.state.gov.

4) Do you recommend that I arrive on a specific date? The couple is requesting that everyone stay at the resort from October 18, 2024, through October 23, 2024. The minimum required stay is 3 nights, so feel free to customize your travel dates.

5) How much do I pay for my child? Children under 12 are complimentary. Children 12+ pay the general rate.

6) How much is this trip? It depends on how many people are traveling, as well as how many nights you are staying. Once you click on any “book now” button on this site, add the number of travelers, and add your desired travel dates you will see the total price for each room category available.

7) Is there a minimum required stay? Yes. The minimum required stay is 3 nights (Example: October 20, 2024 - October 23, 2024 or October 21, 2024 - October 24, 2024). There is no maximum.

8) Can I make my initial deposit at a later date or do I have to make it on the date listed on the website? Your initial deposit serves as your RSVP and is required as soon as possible.

9) What if I am ready to make my deposit, but my roommate is not? All travelers are required to make their initial deposit before a reservation is created.

10) What happens if I do not make any payments until after the final payment date listed? The payment plan expires after the final payment date listed. If rooms are still available, you would have to pay in full in order to book a reservation after the final payment date.

11) Is one person responsible for payments, or can each person in the room pay for themselves? Roommates can coordinate payments as they please. Each person can make their own payments by completing separate payment forms, or one person can make payments for all parties using one form.

12) If I book a single room now, am I able to add someone into the room at a later date? Yes. Your initial reservation will reflect the total cost for a single occupancy room. Once your roommate is added, your reservation will be modified to double occupancy and the updated rate will reflect the double occupancy rate.

13) If I book a room category now, am I able to upgrade or downgrade in the future? Yes. As long as that room category is available, you can upgrade or downgrade.

14) Can I change my travel dates at any time? As long as the dates are not sold out, you can change your travel dates without penalty up to two weeks prior to travel.

15) Can I stay at a different resort and just attend the wedding? No. In order to attend the wedding, you MUST stay at the hosted resort.

16) Are payments refundable or transferrable? Deposits and ALL payments made to Royal Destinations LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable, UNLESS travel insurance is purchased. This is because Royal Destinations has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruises and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive, and allow you to make monthly payments towards your reservation.

17) Should I purchase travel insurance? Travel protection is HIGHLY recommended. It allows you to cancel and get a refund per the terms of the insurance policy selected. A vacation is a huge investment and you should protect it!

18) How do I purchase Travel Insurance? The travel insurance plan that we recommend is the cancel for any reason plan with Allianz. There are many other insurance options and companies available, so please do your due diligence to find the insurance plan that works best for you. Everyone is responsible for booking travel insurance on their own after booking your reservation. You can click HERE to book an Allianz policy.

19) When is my final payment due? Final payment date is NO LATER than 5pm on July 17, 2024.

20) What happens if I make my payment after July 17, 2024? A late fee of $100 per person will apply if your payment is submitted anytime after July 17, 2024 and your reservation is subject to automatic cancellation.

21) If I miss the initial deposit date or any payments in the payment plan will I have to pay a late fee? No. The only time a late payment fee will apply is after the final payment date. No other payment dates will incur a late payment fee.

22) What is the best way to contact Jovi, the travel agent/wedding planner?
