Here are some of the highlights from the Dripstone Middle School Athletics Carnival, which was held on Friday the 14th of June 2024. This year's carnival saw a record number of students sign-up, with over 450 students attending the carnival! Well done to all who participated in the events.
AHTLETICS CARNIVAL
Congratulations to Carpentaria for taking out the top spot with 911 points! This was followed by Phoenix at 729 points and Alexandra at 718 points.
Students were also able to participate in The Push Up Challenge, Volleyball and Basketball competitions.
Students from the School Ambassadors, Greek and Japanese classes also sold a range of food and drinks for participants to purchase on the day.

Special mention to Chevayo R in Year 9 who equalled a school record in the 15 year-old Boys' category for High Jump, clearing 164cmH - a record that was marked in 2017. Well done, Chevayo!
