Leading with EQ
To be an effective leader, I continually sharpen my emotional intelligence through continual reflection. With empathy as part of my leadership style, I better know and understand myself, thus I can better understand the emotions of others - taking into account perspectives, needs, etc. All of this combines to help create an environment of trust, as well as empower and energize people to work together for better more collaborative decisions and outcomes. Furthermore, to be impactful as a leader, I combine empathy (connection to others), logic (data/research), and authenticity.

I have a new certification, AI Applications for Growth, from Northwestern Kellogg School of Business. With this certification, I can help you look across your organization (beyond GTM) to understand how you can improve/automate work whether in customer experience or other operational areas (financial, HR, development, risk), and help you identify potential business cases for AI/ML workflows. I can help you develop your strategy and business cases using an invaluable set of frameworks developed by renowned Professor Mohanbir Sawhney, Northwester Kellogg School of Business.
Storyteller
I develop teams into compelling storytellers transforming complex topics to consumable stories with a focus on voice of the customer, persona, and buyer/lifecycle marketing. Storytelling appeals to senses and emotions getting at the source of what will compel someone to change the status quo.
