Younts South Club Manual 2025 season

Welcome Tiger Fans!

Welcome to the 2025 Clemson home football season! We are so excited to host you in Younts South Club during the upcoming season.

This club manual contains all policies, procedures and expectations club seat holders and their guests are expected to uphold on game day.

Memorial Stadium Information

Ticket Policies

  • Club tickets will continue to be mobile for the 2025 season.
  • A valid (unused and unscanned) mobile ticket is required to enter Memorial Stadium.
  • A mobile ticket is required for all individuals regardless of age.
  • Club tickets do not provide entry into suite levels, Miller Family WestZone, or the Master’s Club.
  • IPTAY and CUAD strongly encourage guests to download their tickets prior to game day.

Parking

Football parking is assigned each season based on IPTAY giving level and priority point ranking. Parking assignments will be mailed in early August.

Memorial Stadium Procedures

Memorial Stadium maintains its clear bag requirements and metal detector screenings to ensure visitor security. For additional safety guidelines, please visit: https://clemsontigers.com/metal-detector-and-clear-bag-policies/.

Hospitality information

Club hours of operations

  • Memorial Stadium clubs will open when gates open, two (2) hours prior to kick-off, and will close one (1) hour post-game.
  • Clubs can also be accessed during stocking on Fridays between 10 AM - 2 PM.

Club Entry Process

  • Younts South Club guests are encouraged to enter through Gate 16 or through Gate 1 and Gate 13.
  • Guests should have their ticket ready and their clear bags will be checked by security staff.
  • Upon entering Younts South Club, the security will scan the club ticket for a second time. This second scan is an access verification scan and is to help maintain exclusivity of the club area.
  • If guests choose to leave club area, they are required to show their mobile ticket and rescan upon entry of the club level.

Locker info

  • Seat holders who purchased up to four tickets will be assigned one locker.
  • One soft-sided cooler is provided for each locker. The cooler must remain in the locker and not be removed.
  • All lockers are set with a four-digit code.
  • Locker entry codes and assignments for the 2025 season will be distributed prior to early stocking.
  • On game day, the IPTAY Hospitality team will ice down items in the cooler bag for each locker.
  • IPTAY Hospitality provides cups, Coca-Cola products, assorted juices, sparking water, and accoutrements.

Stocking

  • No food and beverages items may be brought into Memorial Stadium on game day.
  • Stocking dates and times are provided to prepare your club locker. IPTAY Hospitality provides carts and parking for ease of entry during the stocking dates and times.
  • Parking for stocking is available in Lot 5.
  • If you cannot stock during these dates and times, please schedule a time below.

Hospitality Staff

IPTAY premium staff, known as Tiger Team are dedicated to providing support and service to all premium areas. If you need any assistance during the game, please contact a Tiger Team member.

Catering

Aramark is the exclusive caterer for the Younts South Club. Menus will be posted on the premium webpage for the season. The menus for each game offer a variety of choices, but if you have special dietary restrictions, please contact our team so we can accommodate.

Custodial

ABS is the exclusive janitorial service provider for the premium areas at Memorial Stadium.

If you need cleaning assistance, or if any area of the suites require attention at any time, please notify an IPTAY Hospitality staff member, or an ABS staff member and they would be happy to assist you.

Security

EPI exclusive security provider for the premium areas at Memorial Stadium.

EPI is in the premium areas to maintain the exclusivity of the areas, scan mobile tickets, and provide any assistance on game day as needed.

Maintenance/Facilities

  • Facility Services will be on site on game day for assistance. Seat holders should contact IPTAY Hospitality management and/or an IPTAY Hospitality Tiger Team members in the club for custodial or maintenance needs.
  • If an item cannot be fixed during the game, IPTAY Hospitality will note the issue and address prior to the next game.

GUEST conduct and expectations

  1. All club seat holders and their guests are requested to respect the rights of other guests and ensure that all activities conducted in the suites are done so in a thoughtful and courteous manner. Disruptive or disorderly conduct will result in removal from Memorial Stadium.
  2. Club seat holders holders are responsible for the actions of their guests.
  3. Any guests displaying unsuitable behavior, including but not limited to: abusive acts, vulgar behavior, intoxication, or disorderly conduct, may be removed from Memorial Stadium and risk revocation of tickets.
  4. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  5. All beverages must be placed in cups provided by IPTAY Hospitality. Event staff will be in the suite hallways ensuring that guests pour beverages in Clemson cups. Suite holders are responsible for securing personal items in their suites.
  6. Tobacco products, including the use of e-cigarettes, are not permitted in Memorial Stadium. Clemson is a smoke/tobacco free campus.
  7. Any violation of the suite or Memorial Stadium policies will result in ejection and revocation of mobile tickets. IPTAY and Clemson Athletics reserves the right to revoke suite tickets at any time.

Alcohol Policy

  1. Alcohol must remain on the club seat levels. 
  2. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Guests must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
  3. Upon conclusion of the game, no alcohol may leave Memorial Stadium. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in elevators and stairwells.
  4. All club lockers must be stocked prior to game day.
  5. Intoxication and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. IPTAY and IPTAY Hospitality reserve the right to eject any suites patron exhibiting rude and/or inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to: Aggressive speech or actions toward any other patrons or staff.
  6. Any physical altercation with another patron or staff member
  7. Any level of intoxication that infringes with the suite level experience for other patrons.
  8. For extreme instances of inappropriate behavior, IPTAY and IPTAY Hospitality reserve the right to contact the police.
  9. Individuals ejected from the stadium are subject to prosecution if they pass off alcohol to a minor, attempt to use a fake ID, or if they are intoxicated.

DRINK RESPONSIBLY: Clemson University encourages guests to drink responsibly, respect others, and make a safe ride home part of their game plans.

Compliance Reminder

Please remember, as an IPTAY member and premium seat holder you are considered a representative of an institution’s athletics interests (i.e., booster) for Clemson University. As such, the NCAA has strict rules concerning boosters and complimentary admissions. While the NCAA legislates the number of complimentary admissions an eligible student-athlete may receive in his or her respective sport, it is impermissible for a booster to purchase such complimentary admissions from a student-athlete. Such an action could render a student-athlete ineligible for competition. Please do not contact student-athletes and/or their family or friends in an effort to purchase their complimentary admissions.

Additionally, student-athletes, their family, friends, and prospects (i.e., generally 9th – 12th graders, prep school, or junior college students) may not receive free tickets from boosters or access to premium viewing. Such an action is contrary to NCAA extra benefit and recruiting inducement rules and can render student-athletes and/or prospective student-athletes ineligible.

Emergency Procedures

Medical

  • In situations involving police assistance, active fire, or a medical emergency, please dial 9- 1-1. State the emergency, your name, location, and where the assistance is needed, and remain on the line. Please report all other emergencies to the nearest IPTAY Hospitality team member.
  • First aid stations are located on the south side of Memorial Stadium under section J and on the north side of the stadium under section T and below section TDK. For first aid assistance, please notify an IPTAY Hospitality manager or Tiger Team member stationed in the clubs.
  • IPTAY Hospitality, IPTAY, and Clemson Athletics make no guarantees, warranties, or other assurances with respect to response times or the availability of personnel. IPTAY Hospitality shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from or arising out of the availability of first aid volunteers or the care they provide.

Fire

  • For stadium evacuation, uniformed personnel will direct guests to the closest stairwell or exit.
  • The clubs are equipped with automatic fire detection, an alarm system, and sprinklers.

Severe Weather

  • In the event of a severe weather event, all premium guests are permitted to shelter inside their suites. Please follow instructions given over the public address system and/or by IPTAY Hospitality.
  • Premium guests are also permitted to exit Memorial Stadium during a severe weather event. You will be allowed re-entry to the stadium once the event is over, and staff have received the all-clear.
  • All weather evaluations are subject to the procedures of Clemson Athletics, the ACC, and the NCAA.
