Come and join us for a series of intensive and inspiring flamenco workshops with Irene “La Sentío” this upcoming September in Vienna, Austria.
Based in Seville, "La Sentío" is an international professional flamenco dancer known for her visceral concentration of energy and musicality.
The workshops are based on the philosophy of learning to communicate through flamenco music. This means that the classes are interactive, so the student can acquire a better understanding of the language of flamenco and its musicality and culture.
With Irene as your teacher, you can be sure that you will be able to take your flamenco skills to the next level.

La Sentío Flamenco LAB offers a unique, immersive experience with a holistic approach — where we dive deep into each element of flamenco and explore how they connect — empowering you to dance with knowledge, authenticity, and expressive freedom. This workshop is based on an exclusive methodology created by Irene “La Sentío,” drawing from her extensive international career as an artist and educator.
In this hands-on, theory-and-practice workshop, you will:
- Learn to listen to and understand cante, its structure, and how to dance it.
- Discover the essential communication codes between cante, dance, and guitar.
- Explore improvisation and interpretation beyond choreography.
- Overcome the fear of dancing through active listening and mastering the compás (flamenco rhythm).
- Clarify key concepts, structures, and terminology essential to flamenco.
- Contextualize your dance within the rich Andalusian tradition and culture.
- Apply everything you’ve learned to dance with greater independence, expression, and awareness.
