The Chargers finished the week by hosting Bishop Luers on a cool spring evening. Adler Kellems picked up the victory on the mound going 5 innings, striking out 12 and walking zero batters on the night. Luers managed just three hits.

The Chargers jumped to a lead in the bottom of the third after Kellems tripled to score 2 runs. Followed by singles by Riley Geiger and Carter Irons. The Charger offense collected 11 hits in the five inning game. Jayce Richards (2 for 3), Kellams (2 for 4, 3 RBI's), Geiger (2 for 3, 2 RBI's) and Irons each collected 2 hits each. Aiden Corzine added a single along with 2 RBI's and Eli Neuhouser added a double.

Carroll has the weekend off and returns to action on Tuesday when they travel to Columbia City. The Chargers improve to 5 and 1 on the young season.
