Ein gweledigaeth / Our vision

Wrth wraidd ein gweledigaeth yw Lles pob un o fewn ein hysgol: os am annog cynnydd, rhaid y gyntaf sicrhau fod pob disgybl ac aelod o staff yn hapus yn yr ysgol, yn teimlo eu bod yn cael eu gwerthfawrogi ac yn rhan o'r gymuned ysgol. Lles yw'r sylfaen y mae popeth arall - y profiadau, yr addysgu a'r dysgu, y cymorth i greu cymuned sydd yn gyffrous i ddod i ddysgu ac i wella - wedi ei seilio arno. Trwy flaenoriaethu Lles, gall popeth arall ffynnu.

The foundation for our vision is the Welfare of every individual at our school: if we wish to encourage and support progress, we must first ensure that every pupil and member of staff be comfortable and happy in the knowledge that our school is a happy and supportive environment, and that they in turn are happy to be part of our community. Welfare is the foundation upon which everything else will rest: the experiences at school, the teaching and learning, the support and initiative to ensure we are a community that is enthusiastic to learn and improve. Prioritising welfare will ensure everything else may thrive.

Yn Ysgol Gymunedol Penparc rydym yn angerddol dros greu awyrgylch symbylus a Hapus; dros gefnogi a chynnal ein dysgwyr i lwyddo hyd eithaf eu gallu - beth bynnag fo eu dyheadau a’u cryfderau - a hynny mewn amgylchfyd diogel a chynhwysol sy’n parchu pawb, ac yn manteisio ar yr ymdeimlad cymunedol a theuluol sy'n bodoli yma ac yn cael ei hyrwyddo.

At Ysgol Gymunedol Penparc we strive to create a stimulating and Happy environment; to support and encourage our pupils to progress to the utmost of their ability, whatever that may be - accepting all different peoples, interests and strengths - and to do so in a safe and inclusive environment full of mutual respect, taking advantage of the community and family-nature that exists here, and to be nurtured.
