FIGHT CAMP
Gear up for an intense 12 weeks of boxing training designed to prepare you for the ultimate showdown! The Fight Camp offers real fight experience at the end, where the culmination of your hard work and commitment will be showcased in the ring. Throughout the camp, you’ll engage in rigorous skills and drills aimed at enhancing your boxing technique, stamina, and conditioning. With expert coaching and tailored fitness regimens, you’ll not only develop essential fighting skills but also boost your overall fitness to ensure you’re fight-ready. Additional benefits include building mental toughness, fostering camaraderie among fellow fighters, and gaining valuable insights into fight strategy.
FIT CAMP
If you're looking to get fit without stepping into the ring, our Fit Camp is the perfect fit for you! Over 12 weeks, enjoy unlimited access to a diverse range of boxing-based classes and strength and conditioning sessions, including kettlebell workouts and circuit training. These sessions provide amazing opportunities for weight loss, improved cardiovascular health, and overall fitness enhancement. You won’t have to worry about fighting at the end of the camp; instead, you can focus on your personal fitness journey
HOW IT WORKS
You've got unlimited access to all the classes on the schedule, but you gotta hit at least 3 classes a week. If you’re part of the FIGHT CAMP crew, boxing and sparring classes are a must! Just a heads up: you can only jump into sparring if you show up for at least 1 boxing skill class each week. We totally recommend “doubling up” — hit a Boxfit class, then roll right into a boxing skill class.
And hey, if you're in the FIT CAMP crew, you're more than welcome to join all the classes too, no pressure to step in the ring at the end of camp. Just remember, showing up for at least 3 classes a week is key to seeing those results you want after 12 weeks of training.
No matter which crew you choose, don’t forget to include rest in your game plan, along with light activity like stretching. Fuel your body with good nutrition and stay on top of your water intake. Staying fit is essential, so let’s keep it real and crush those workouts!
PREP UP, WRAP UP, GLOVE UP
You’ll need dedication and commitment to your goals, but don’t sweat it — we’ll be right there to support, help, motivate, and assist you along the way!
On top of that, you’ll need some gear: 16oz gloves, hand wraps, and a mouth guard (for the fight crew), head gear is optional. Let’s get it!
FIGHT NIGHT
Fight night is the moment you’ve been training for — the grand finale of our camp! Not every challenge ends with a night out, but ours definitely does! If you choose to step into the ring, you’ll be in the spotlight, with your camp mates, family, and friends cheering you on as you bring your skills to the ring.
