A dancer is a visual treat adding beauty to the music we love to hear. I perform either to tell a story or celebrate one or to create one. I'm a passionate dancer who evolved in various dance forms from classical to heels, bollywood to belly and so on and now I mix and create something refreshing with every performance.
Journey
My journey started on YouTube with the first shoot through the back camera of my phone from 2016. After many videos of different dancing genres with escalating professional touch I was awarded with the Silver Play Button for 100,000 subscribers in 2019. I have been consistent content creator ever since and started freelancing in the end semester of 3rd year of B.E – CSE. Starting from the year 2018, after graduation I picked up Tribal/Oriental Belly dance, Heels and Waacking dance forms from the eminent choreographers all over the world via YouTube and few workshops to update my list of dance forms online and offline which includes Bharatnatayam, BhangraFunk, Bollywood, Contemporary, Folk, lyrical, Semi-classical, Salsa Styling and Street Jazz.
I found that the fusion of Oriental Belly-Waack on heels has opened up the doors to the complimenting sassiness and elegance for me. While a Classical Tribal Belly-Waack fusion has become a powerful tool for my conceptual performances. My not-so-advance city is able to recognize me as a professional dance artist after putting efforts to earn that label and exposure.
Wearing the elegance and grace as my style, few updated plus refreshing content and with a million of expressive moves adding to my expressions, I aim to travel the world to tell the stories, celebrate some and create many through the art of dance with the grace of god.

Bellydance Teacher - Mentor
A danceform as sensual and feminine as bellydance requires mastery and control over each and every muscle for precision, smoothness and grace in the movements. More than facial expressions, the body expresses the richness of beats and music.
I trained in Bharatnatyam for 12 years and then 5 years in Shuffle, Waacking, Jazz and Salsa. Which helped me learn Bellydance in 5 years to a professional level.
Eminent teachers such as Sadie Marquardt, David Abraham, Diana Gnatchenko and Diana Zolnikova have been my trainers and mentors through their recorded and live online classes.
I've been teaching structured Bellydance offline since 2018 & shifted to online since 2020. Where 3500+ students joined my classes and workshops. Before the era of online classes, I've been teaching other dance forms especially as choreographies since 2016.
PERFORMER
I've had the pleasure to perform in some auspicious events & TV Shows like "Kidilam" on Mazhavil Manorama, TEDxBhopalWomen and events organised by ANSH happiness NGO and UNICEF. Along with other Private, Corporate and Wedding events. I also performed in 'Mumbai Hafla' organised by Payal's Dance Academy where the Belly Queen of USA Sadie Marquardt performed and taught. And in Bangalore Hafla rganised by Chantelle Gomez where famous Indian BellyDancer Bindu Bolar performed and taught.
Business Owner
As an Indian dancer, my struggle to find the right bellydance costumes that is acceptable in our society yet effective on stage performances while also affordable for my daily content creation led me to start my own clothing line "Ojasvi's Bellydance Closet" which has huge variety of costumes with unique designs, affordability, simplicity, elegance and beauty!
I started selling costumes from our website on 12th October 2023. Prior to the official start, I did my share of product evaluation for 10 months to improve and learn and thus designed over 50 costumes and tested them myself in my videos and performances. Every month I kept improving with each design through the feedbacks and suggestions by the lovely clients and fellow dancers all over the world!
