A MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

We are honored by the continued recognition our schools have received from organizations such as Niche and U.S. News & World Report, as well as strong state accountability ratings (see additional details below). While rankings never tell the whole story, they do highlight the incredible work happening across our classrooms every day. These achievements reflect the hard work and dedication of our students, the passion and care of our staff, and the incredible support from our families and community. While we celebrate these successes, we recognize there is still important work ahead. We are not immune to difficult circumstances, and we know that not every student is thriving to the level we want yet. Please know that we are fully committed to continuously improving in every aspect of our work because our students and families deserve nothing less than our very best. As Thanksgiving approaches, we just want to say thank you! The support we feel from this community is truly special. Great schools don't happen by accident; they’re built through strong partnerships, shared commitment, and a whole lot of heart. Our 1Warrior community is thriving because of you, and we couldn’t be more grateful to share this journey together.

District Report Card

The Department of Public Instruction just released the public-facing Accountability Report Cards. We are pleased to report that Muskego-Norway Schools once again significantly exceeds expectations. Please follow this link to view the district’s report card, which provides details for each priority area score. Individual school report card results will be shared by building principals. The state’s report card provides us an opportunity to compare Muskego-Norway Schools to the other 367 K-12 school districts in the state. Muskego-Norway Schools ranks:

  • 12th (97th percentile) in our overall report card score
  • 3rd (99th percentile) in Mathematics achievement
  • 12th (97th percentile) in English Language Arts achievement

In the achievement priority area, which reflects both Mathematics and English Language Arts, we are ranked 1st in Waukesha County and 4th across the state. Our district has so much to celebrate! We remain committed to continuously improving in every aspect of the vital work we do and are so grateful for the continued support and focus of our staff, parents, and School Board on our mission of Every Student Learning, Growing…Succeeding.
