Adobe is seeking a Community Events Production & Partnership Manager to join our Creative Cloud Community team and to help coordinate in-person and online events in Germany.
The Community Events Production & Partnership Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by providing essential logistical support.
Travel will be a requirement in Europe at least 1-2 times per month to run onsite event execution. This might include event “kick-off” responsibilities such as speaker introductions. This is a full-time (38 hours per week) 1-year contract role, reporting to the Creative Cloud Marketing Manager. Pay rate is €57 per hour. We are looking for candidates located in Hamburg, Munich, or Berlin and must be within 100km of our Adobe office.
This candidate should be able to speak English and German fluently due to our event organizing efforts in Germany.
The Creative Cloud Marketing Events team is tasked with increasing engagement and adoption of Creative Cloud products and fostering community engagement. We do this by creating attractive, well-organized events that inspire audiences to create content during events and continuously after. You are skilled at finding attractive venues that represent the brand as well as keeping within budget. Multi-tasking is key and it will be important to coordinate with our Event Managers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
- Identify and onboard new community partners aligned with strategic team priorities and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with business objectives.
Relationship Management & Community Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners and organizations.
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships to enhance Adobe’s presence and impact (e.g., regular check-ins, program representation, distribution of CC codes, early access opportunities, and branded materials).
- Represent Adobe at community events, activations, and partner meetings.
- Collect and synthesize partner and community feedback to guide strategy and strengthen engagement initiatives.
Venue and Logistics Management:
- Collaborate with Community Leads to identify and secure suitable venues for events.
- Coordinate logistics, including room setup, audio-visual equipment, seating arrangements, and signage.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are acquired for events.
Food and Beverage Catering:
- Liaise with catering companies to design menus, order food, and ensure timely delivery to the event location.
- Coordinate dietary requirements and preferences for attendees.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimise cost-efficiency.
Support Event and Marketing teams:
- Assist in planning and executing events by managing logistical details.
- Provide support in creating and updating event schedules, budgets, and checklists.
- Ownership - drive to own projects from A to Z in collaboration with Community Marketing teams.
Data and Documentation:
- Utilise tools like Airtable and spreadsheets to maintain organised records of all logistical aspects.
- Provide post-event statistics for manager reporting.
Event Marketing:
- Support Community Marketing Team on event marketing tasks (e.g. social content, paid ad strategy, speaker sourcing, event reporting and measurement)
You're well-qualified for the job if...
- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree from a major university, event management, hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
- You have at least 4 years of experience in events production / logistics for 100 or more attendees.
- Proficiency in using tools like Airtable and Microsoft Excel for data management.
- You are comfortable writing and editing with good grammar to effectively write for both our program and stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative - able to work with cross-functional stakeholders across teams, regions and time zones
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for events.
- You can communicate ideas for improvements in process and how we can better organize event production / logistics.
- You enjoy learning new processes and tackling new tools and are eager to figure out how we can deploy them to more effectively meet our goals.
BONUS: You have a basic comfort level with Adobe creative applications – what each is used for – and you’re not afraid to launch and experiment; i.e., you may not be a Photoshop pro, but you’ve used it enough to understand references.
