Welcome to all our new nursery pupils! We've had such a lovely week playing, exploring, and getting to know each other, it's been a fantastic start. The children already seem right at home, and we can’t wait to spend this year (and the next eight!) learning and growing together here at St John's Primary School.
We’ve had lots on offer for the children to explore this week. Some of the highlights have been painting, building with all sorts of blocks, reading stories together, drawing, sticking and cutting, playing outside, and of course, plenty of bonding time over milk and biscuits.
Every week, we’ll share a new blog post to keep you up to date with what your child has been learning. You can find these on the school website under the ‘Class Blogs’ tab, and we’ll also share the link each week via Seesaw. It’s a great idea to look through the blog together with your child and encourage them to chat with you about what they’ve been learning that week. See you next week!
