Program Information:
YOUTH TEAM FORMAT:
- All players will be placed on a team after the first few practices
- There are three to four teams per grade: Black, Yellow, Navy & White
- Teams are created based on ability, position, attitudes, work ethic and coachability.
- Teams will have a dedicated Head Coach at each level
- Youth players are expected to attend all the planned tournaments for their team.
- For 2025-2026 Winter Tournaments and Spring Playdays will be an additional fee for all field players.
High School Team Format:
- All players will be placed on a Fall team after first few practices
- Each High school YOG has a Black and Yellow team entered in the most premier recruiting tournaments around the country playing in the most competitive brackets
- We also offer a High School Navy/White team which would be the third team in a given grade and entered into the competitive bracket
- All players on the HS teams have the desire and dedication to play college lacrosse
- All high school players have a recruiting liaison and the LXC staff will help you through the college process
- High School players have a consistent set of coaches
- High School players are expected to commit to the Fall and Summer Recruiting Tournament Schedule (allowed conflicts are high school playoffs- all other conflicts must be communicated as you are committing to a TEAM)
