Ready to manage a branch location?
In this role, you will supervise branch operations including banking services, facilities management, mentoring and developing branch staff, and supporting growth of the bank. You will motivate employees to meet branch goals, manage customer retention and build new customer relationships, and represent the bank in the community. You will be a proactive loan officer, assisting customers with their financing needs. Establish working relationships with local realtors and business leaders and become a vital member of the community.

Preferred: Leadership or management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion and independent judgement, advanced customer service skills, oral/written communication skills, ability to operate standard office equipment.
