Deck the Halls
Gather your branch or department teams and decorate your workspace(s) for the holidays. Send a photo of your space(s) to Sammie at sammie.cyr@juniperlandscaping.com for a chance to be crowned the Most Festive Team in the company.
Holiday Card Photo Contest
Round up your teams, get creative and snap a holiday-themed photo and send to Sammie for a chance to be featured on social media on Christmas Eve as our official Holiday Cheermeisters. All photos must be submitted by the end of the day on December 15, 2023. We can’t wait to see your entries.
Ugly Sweater & Festive Socks Contest
It’s time to dust off your holiday fashion flair and join us for our Ugly Sweater & Festive Socks Contest on December 15th. Let's spread laughter, merriment and friendly competition to see who will earn the title of the Most Festive Employee! Don't forget to capture the moment and send us your pictures!
Holiday Coloring Contest
Calling all children ages 1-12! Select a coloring page from the links below, based on your child’s age, and let them show off their creative coloring skills. Write your name, your branch, your child’s name and age, then either scan the page to Sammie or give it to your manager or the Branch Admin to scan. Pages must be submitted to Sammie by December 22, 2023 to be entered into the contest. There will be one winner per age group selected and announced the week of Christmas.
Juniper Giving Tree
As we approach the most wonderful time of the year, it's important for us to remember the spirit of giving. We are thrilled to introduce the Juniper Tree, a heartwarming initiative that embodies the essence of the holiday season. Much like an Angel Tree concept, our Juniper Tree aims to offer support to employees who may be facing challenges in affording gifts for their children, providing a holiday meal, or securing essential supplies for their family.
Here's how it works
Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree: Each branch setups up their own Juniper Tree, decked out with orange and green ornaments, tinsel, tags and lights.
Santa’s Helpers: Branch Admins we need your help coordinating the Juniper Tree Information for your branch:
- Print several Juniper Tree tags (click here for a printable PDF file) and give to managers to distribute to their teams.
- As tags are returned completed, number the tags and then hang on the Juniper Tree.
- Maintain a list of the tags pulled from the Juniper Tree, include the tag #, the employee’s name who submitted the tag (respecting anonymity), their holiday wish and the employee’s name who selected the tag(s).
- Collect all wrapped items, along with the corresponding tag(s) and record on your list.
- Help coordinate the distribution of the item(s) to the employees the week of December 18, 2023.
Juniper Tree Tags
All They Want for Christmas: Employees in need can fill out the Juniper Tree tag and return it to their manager or the Branch Admin. Employees should be given the option to submit the tag discreetly with sensitivity to maintain confidentiality amongst their manager or the Branch Admin.
Santa’s Elves: Employees who would like to fulfill a holiday wish can select a tag(s) from the tree. Each tag selected must be registered with the Branch Admin to prevent duplicate purchases. All items, along with corresponding tag(s), must be unwrapped, bagged and returned to the Branch Admin by December 15, 2023.

Juniper Gives Back: To spread holiday joy throughout our communities, the Company is committed to making a donation to a cherished charitable organization - Valerie’s House. For each tag selected from the Juniper Tree and returned fulfilled by December 15, 2023, the Company will make a donation to Valerie’s House. Together, we have the power to make a difference, not only for our Juniper family but also in our wider community. Let's embrace this chance to give back, spread warmth and cheer this holiday season, and make a positive impact that resonates far beyond our workplace.
