Sea Turtle Family Press IMportant things for Sanderlin families to know!

Previous Week Recap from Mrs. Cormier

I appreciate the entire Sanderlin community for their support and help with a smooth return to school from our extended hurricane days out. We know that we have many families that were impacted by both storms and we continue to work hard to ensure we are getting any information and resources that we possibly can to impacted families.

As we move into next week, we start the 2nd quarter of learning for this school year. Report Cards will be coming home on October 29th. We will be working hard next week to reteach expectations for students and to set the learning tone for 2nd quarter. Since we missed so much school in 1st quarter, we are going to work very hard to maximize every instructional minute in 2nd quarter to prepare our students for PM2 testing in December. We are excited to get back to learning and help our students prepare to make learning gains this school year.

While I do know that many of you are still working to clean up and get things back together after the storm, I do hope that everyone is able to enjoy a little bit of the weekend.
