Urdd Eisteddfod song
In December, pupils were filmed singing the Cân Jambori Eisteddfod yr Urdd Maldwyn, along with many other schools across Montgomeryshire. The final compilation video was released today ahead of the eisteddfod next month. (Pupils from Forden make three appearances -3:05, 3:25 and 3:55)
Newtown Hymn and March Contest
Following our fundraising concert with Newtown Silver Band, the school has been asked to play a few short items on the Pbuzz at the Newtown Hymn and March Competition on Sunday June 9th. For further information about this event, please follow the link below:

Mums Matter Course - Spring/Summer 2024
School Police Officers
School Beat Cymru funds 68 school police officers across Wales' four forces to deliver lessons on substance misuse, safety, safeguarding and behaviour. This is an invaluable part of out PHSE programme in school. Unfortunately WG funding will cease at Easter. Please follow the link to an online petition to Welsh Government to continue funding this provision. Please share this link.
