What we offer.
At True To You, we offer two distinct cleaning services: Basic Clean and Deep Clean, each tailored to meet your specific needs.
Basic Clean: This service includes comprehensive cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces—including shelves, tables, countertops, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, toilets, stovetops, and the exterior of appliances like microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Additionally, we polish wood surfaces and make beds when fresh linens are provided. Pricing for the Basic Clean starts at $200 and may vary based on the size and condition of the space.
Deep Clean: In addition to everything included in the Basic Clean, the Deep Clean encompasses thorough attention to baseboards, the interior and exterior of the stove, walls, cabinets, and door frames. We also move furniture to clean underneath, as long as it is safe for us to do so. Deep Clean pricing begins at $350-$400 and is subject to adjustment based on the size and condition of the area.
Please note that we do not bring a vacuum for sanitary reasons; however, we can accommodate this if the home is vacant. For homes with dogs, we kindly ask that they be securely placed in a separate area during our cleaning visit.
We accept payment via cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App, with payment due upon completion of services. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required, which will be applied to the total cost of your cleaning on the day of service.

3. Choose Your Service:
- Decide between our Basic Clean and Deep Clean services. Refer to our service descriptions for details on what each includes.
4. Schedule Your Appointment:
- Provide us with your preferred date and time for the cleaning. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Make Your Deposit:
- To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for deep cleans. A $50 deposit is required for basic cleans. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your cleaning on the day of service.
6. Confirmation:
- Once your appointment is booked and the deposit is received, you will receive confirmation, and reminder of your appointment 24 hours before scheduled day.
