Explore Project
For this project, I captured and edited 5 personal images to start the year off. I used Pixlr to edit all of my images and to explore the editing software. My favorite image is the biggest one.It is my favorite because I really like the glitch effect.
GTK Project
The purpose of this project was to learn more about my camera. I made several collages, including a final GTK project with 15 photos, a 10x10x10 collage, 10 top shots, and one main top shot. I used Photoshop to put all these pictures together.
GEN.AI Project
This project focused on helping me learn how to use generative AI in my work. I was required to create three photos, each with five AI layers, one old photo with five AI layers, one fully AI-generated photo, and one example photo that I didn't take myself. I used Photoshop to create these images.
WIP Project
This project involved taking photos that resemble letters. Afterward, we used those letters to form words. We needed to create two words, each at least six letters long, which required some creativity in our photography. My favorite word is the second one, which spells out my name. I love it because it's more creative and personal to me.
Top 20 Collage (Q1)
This project was about compiling my best 20 shots from the first quarter. I needed to find 20 of my recent favorites. For this, I focused on using some unique photos I had taken. My favorite photo is the super faheem one.I like it because seeing Ali in a superhero costume is funny. (There are internet images credits to the rightful owners)
Picto Project
For this project, I had to create 1 photo that made me look like a drawing or painting. The second thing we had to do was take 1 photograph that utilizes a variety of filters applied to 5 independent sections. Lastly, we had to make 1 filter collage using a third captured image.I used Photoshop to make this, and my favorite was the collage and using all the different filters.
