Otselic Valley students are continuing their participation in the Colgate High School Seminar Program, with Session III currently underway.
Through this long-standing partnership with Colgate University, area high school students are given the opportunity to experience college-level coursework during the academic year. The program is designed to introduce students to topics that may not typically be available in a traditional high school setting, while also encouraging college readiness by providing a glimpse into the academic experience on a college campus. This session’s seminar offerings include:
- Geopolitical Relations
- Public Speaking
- Poetry
- Making Meaning
Led by Colgate faculty and administrators, these seminars provide students with opportunities to explore new subject areas, engage in meaningful discussion, and challenge themselves academically alongside peers from other participating schools.
